Hi all we have a 13 month old girl (a bit of a terror at times) who has started imitating animals, say for example if i were to say what noise does a tiger make she would go "rarrrr" or if i said elephant she would make her arm like an elephants trunk and go "BRRRR" we have taught her Elephant, Tiger and Duck but somewhere she picked up Dog and pants like a dog and Snake were she darts here tounge in and out like a snake but we have no idea were it has come from her television time is monitored and it has not come from day care ( only in 2 days a week and we are good friends with her room teacher who says she does not know were it came from either) she also plays tea party with her tea set and pours pretend drink into cups and stirs it before handing it to you to drink is this all normal for a child of 13 months???????
